Lynn Ducharme began her career in Human Resource Management, with the majority of her tenure focused on c-level/executive recruiting. She brings over 7 years of Human Resource Management and recruiting experience to our team. As a graduate of Upper Iowa University, she holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently pursuing an MBA.
Lynn’s passion is working with small to mid-size, privately held organizations in leadership/ownership transition. She is a brand champion for her clients and enjoys partnering with senior leadership to drive change.
