Are you ready to take charge of key retail accounts and make an impact in a fast-growing company? As a Retail Account Manager, you’ll strengthen relationships in core regional markets, drive responsible growth, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction within the grocery retail and convenience store (C-store) sectors.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and expand relationships with grocery retail and C-store partners in established regional markets.
- Ensure customer retention by delivering exceptional service and addressing challenges with swift solutions.
- Drive responsible business growth by identifying opportunities within core accounts and increasing market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet both customer needs and company goals.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing retail accounts, ideally in grocery or C-store markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in sales data analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events, with quarterly in-person meetings at the corporate office.
- Resourceful and collaborative, with a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
