In this role, you will:
* Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement
strategies that align with company revenue goals and capitalize
on market opportunities.
* Lead Marketing Initiatives: Oversee cutting-edge marketing
campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive
brand growth.
* Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Oversee product lifecycle
management, making strategic decisions that optimize
profitability.
* Inspire and Mentor Teams: Lead sales and marketing teams,
fostering collaboration and ensuring they have the tools and
training to succeed.
Key Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience selling into grocery retail
environments, preferably with up-and-coming brands or in a
startup environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving
results.
* Strategic thinker with experience in developing long-term sales
and marketing strategies.
* Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and
lead cross-functional teams.
