Head of Sales & Marketing (Retail)

environment? As the Head of Sales & Marketing (Retail) for a
globally recognized brand, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that
propel the retail, club, and e-commerce channels to new heights.
Your leadership will be the key to unlocking brand growth and
success, while overseeing P&L management and working closely with
cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Own and implement a
rolling three-year strategy and annual operating plan for the
business unit, driving top and bottom-line results.
* Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Inspire and mentor a diverse
team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and
accountability.
* Customer Development and Broker Management: Build and maintain
strong relationships with brokers, distributors, and customers to
drive growth and market penetration.
* Marketing & Innovation: Collaborate with global marketing to
develop communications that increase brand relevance while
leading innovation and format expansion projects.
* P&L & Forecasting: Take full accountability for financial
performance, working closely with sales, operations, and finance
teams to forecast demand and ensure supply meets customer needs.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or additional business development
training preferred.
* 9+ years of experience in the food and/or beverage industry
with proven experience with retail, club and e-commerce channels
* 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a track
record of leading, motivating, and developing teams while driving
business growth and success
* Proven experience managing P&L, sales teams, brokers, and
driving business growth.
* Strong selling, presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation,
organizational, financial analysis and broker management skills
* Expertise in marketing, customer development, and key account
management, with e-commerce experience being a plus.
* Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership
skills.
* Travel up to 50% of the time.
