As a Senior Quality Systems Manager, you will:
- Develop and enhance quality management systems across multiple sites to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Oversee document control processes and maintain accurate, user-friendly procedures for seamless operations.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions with robust strategies and updated protocols.
- Collaborate across departments to create innovative solutions that enhance product quality and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in food or dietary supplement manufacturing.
- Expertise in sanitation principles, document control, and change management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Preferred certifications: PCQI and HACCP.
