What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a financial planning and pricing strategy that aligns with revenue goals and supplier objectives.
- Analyze sales and financial data, providing insights to drive profitable growth.
- Lead S&OP meetings, supporting branch managers with key metrics and pricing strategies.
- Oversee customer pricing and vendor negotiations to optimize gross profit margins.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supplier representatives, business managers, and sales teams.
- Attend industry events and supplier meetings to strengthen partnerships and stay ahead of market trends.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5–7+ years of experience in finance, sales, and/or pricing strategy, with prior management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial reporting and revenue management tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate, optimize pricing strategies, and drive business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of financial planning and sales dynamics.
