National Account Manager – Private Label

We’re partnering with a respected, Florida-based seafood company to hire a National Account Manager to lead strategic retail partnerships across military, club, and specialty channels. This is a critical role for an experienced sales professional who thrives in private label environments and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Grow Private Label Sales: Lead private label growth across national retail accounts, with a focus on military, club, and specialty channels.
  • Own Key Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for national retail buyers, building trust and delivering customized solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Develop and Deliver Proposals: Craft compelling presentations and product offerings tailored to each account’s private label strategy.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of customer programs.
  • Lead Broker Engagement: Manage broker partnerships to ensure retail coverage, performance tracking, and strategic alignment.
  • Analyze and Report: Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and use market insights to adjust strategy and drive growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing national or key retail accounts, with a focus on private label or store brand programs
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and expand customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage broker networks and cross-functional relationships
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time
