Head of Food Safety & Quality Assurance
We are partnering with a growing organization in the perishable food space to identify a senior FSQA leader who can elevate and scale food safety and quality programs across the business. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the organization’s food safety culture, systems, and operational performance.
Based in the Greater Minneapolis area, this position is open to both local candidates and those open to relocation.

Key Qualifications and Strengths:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in food safety and quality management within food manufacturing
- Demonstrated success leading regulatory, GFSI, and customer audits, as well as building and scaling FSQA programs
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate teams while fostering a strong food safety culture
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a hands-on approach
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams
