To be considered for this truly rare opportunity, your strengths should include:

6+ years’ experience in the coffee industry with a technical background creating manufacturing processes and standards.
Extensive experience in roasting, cupping and grading.
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units and customers.
Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and strong collaborative abilities.
Degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering preferred.
