To be considered for this truly rare opportunity, your strengths should include:

10+ years broad manufacturing operations leadership experience (engineering, planning, logistics, manufacturing, QA, employee/labor relations).
Extensive experience in high volume, high SKU manufacturing, packaging industry or CPG.
Strong experience with ERP systems along with a high level of comfort being on the plant floor.
Advanced people management skills and the desire to be visible and involved on the floor.
Highly entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
