Our client, a rapidly growing sugar processor, is looking to add an organized, experienced and highly-motivated Logistics & Terminal manager to their leadership team. Opportunity to be part of a fast-paced organization offering a forward-thinking and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

5-7 years’ experience in transportation management. Must include liquid bulk tank management; rail freight is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage all terminal 3rd party relationships, including selection, contract negotiations, conflict resolution, etc. Must have a solid understanding of inventory counts and controls.
Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and team-building skills.
Customer-focused orientation with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
