Director of Retail Sales – Remote

Fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established, growing, and successful organization! Our client, a privately-owned high-end, multi-channel food manufacturer with best-in-class products is looking for a Director of Retail Sales to drive business development into retail grocery accounts.  


Primary focus will be on opening new doors, developing client relationships, and assisting in creating a successful sales strategy impacting the growth of the company. This position reports directly to the Vice President, a passionate and engaged leader. Great benefits and lots of room for advancement!  


Some qualifications include: 

  • Must have 7+ years of proven retail sales management success with a track record of superior sales growth into national and regional grocery store chains. Case-ready meat category sales a plus. 
  • Ideal candidate will have proven experience gaining new distribution into retailers.  
  • Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.  
  • Maintains a reputation for honesty, integrity, reliability, and fairness. 
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.  
  • B.S. in Business or a related field required.
