Director of Ingredient Sales - Remote
Our client has an amazing work-from-home opportunity for a
Director of Ingredient Sales in the Midwest. This is for a small,
growing, clean-label company with a vision of global growth.
We are searching for a candidate who is highly skilled in
achieving their sales and profitability goals, a passionate,
“fire in their belly” professional.
Ideal candidate:
* Must have 5+ years’ experience in food sales to manufacturers
or mass merchandisers with a track record of superior sales
growth.
* Experienced track record with coaching, mentoring, and leading
a team.
* Grow business through new customers and expansion through the
sales region.
* Develop strong cross-functional and productive customer
business relationships with key CPG / B2B accounts.
* Manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development
of internal operating budgets.
* Ability to travel 20%.
