Our client, a global food manufacturer is searching for their
next VP of Supply Chain in the Cincinnati, Ohio area! This
critical position will lead, motivate, and inspire the Supply
Chain team, with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing
crucial skills. Responsible for full end-to-end accountability
for private label supply chain functions, directing manufacturing
operations, and maintaining industry costs within budget.

The VP of Supply Chain will align business processes with sales
growth strategy, and work closely with cross-functional business
teams. Reporting to a truly authentic CEO this person will
oversee and manage operations to maximize safety, product
quality, and customer service with efficiency. This company that

Keys to success in this role:

· 10+ years Supply Chain leadership /management experience
in top-tier, multisite/multi-product Food companies

· 5+ years’ experience as the most Senior Supply Chain
executive in a mid-size company/large-size business unit

· Direct accountability for all key Supply Chain elements,
including, but not limited to: Forecasting, Purchasing,
Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics, Inventory/Cash Planning,
Supply Planning, Customer Service

· Experience within an international group, with both
local & international reporting relationships & interfaces, will
be highly regarded

· Can demonstrate the development of
effective/collaborative relationships on a multifunctional basis,
including: NPD, Technical, Commercial/Customer Relations, Human
Resources & Finance
