We are targeting someone that has boots on the ground experience
and thrives digging into the operational processes of the
organization. A technical background or experience working up
through a manufacturing environment is key to success in this
role.

Keys to success in this role:

* Ability to drive strategic change and continuous improvement
within an organization; passion for implementing new processes
and procedures.
* Proven efficiencies in plant supply chain in a food
manufacturing environment. Multi-site and plant expansion
experience a plus.
* Experience in GMP certified environment
* Effective coaching, team building and training skills.
* Highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
