We are seeking a VP of Operations to spearhead operational
excellence across 3 immaculate, highly automated, food processing
facilities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to
showcase your expertise and take charge of the day-to-day
operations of multiple food processing plants. As a collaborative

The ideal person will have:

* 8+ years of experience with manufacturing and operations.
* Expertise in change management, mentoring, and driving cohesive
culture.
* Entrepreneurial person that can work in an evolving, growing
company.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
