Her career spans talent acquisition and development across experienced professionals, early career programs, and production hiring within complex and global organizations.
During her tenure at Cargill, Laura led the North American professional recruitment team and developed a strong passion for the agribusiness and food industries while helping shape talent strategies for one of the world’s leading food companies.
Today, Laura is an executive recruiter with Curtis Food Recruiters, a search firm specializing in the food and beverage industry. She brings a unique perspective from both corporate talent leadership and executive search, offering practical insights on attracting, engaging, and developing exceptional talent while remaining closely connected to the candidate experience that first inspired her career in recruiting.
Laura is married with one son. She and her husband enjoy Midwest living with the many lakes, boating life, and changing seasons.
