Our client is seeking an action-oriented HR professional with
strong leadership experience and a history of implementing
strategic changes. This individual must have experience in
employee relations and all generalist activities. The ideal
candidate will have experience supporting strategic business
initiatives, writing policies and procedures, influencing others,
and driving results.
* 5-7+ years of solid career progression in an HR leadership
* Experience designing and executing corporate HR programs
including employee relations, strategic HR projects, and
implementation of HR programs (benefits, employee surveys,
* Lead and advise leaders and employees on all people issues.
* BS in Business or a related field preferred.
