with a focus on executive candidate engagement and assessment.
This is a remote role, in a fast-paced, caring, and collaborative

In this role, you will have the chance to work on high level
searches while sourcing and interviewing candidates to present
that support the client lead.

Required to meet with the team once a month in Rogers, MN, or
other locations in the West Metro.

Qualifications:

·Prior experience in research, talent acquisition, or executive
search.

·Strong research skills with the ability to source and assess
potential candidates.

·Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and
social media platforms for sourcing.

·Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.

·Knowledge of industry sectors and market trends is a plus.
