Operations, Multi-Site to spearhead operational excellence across
3 dairy processing facilities! In this role, you will have the
opportunity to create and execute business strategies that help
save money, create efficiencies, and drive production. As a
leader, you will inspire and engage your team to achieve
exceptional results while instilling a culture of continuous
improvement throughout the organization.

This person will be accountable for the financial performance,
food quality and safety, production efficiency, and human
safety.

The ideal person will have:

• 8+ years of experience with manufacturing and operations.

• Experience with operational and capital budgets.

• Extensive continuous improvement strategy and collaborating
with key stakeholders and process owners.

• Expertise in change management, mentoring, and driving cohesive
culture.
