growing multi-site food manufacturer and retailer that is
searching for an Assistant Plant Manager to foster an environment
of trust and open communication and to create operational
efficiencies.

This leader will be responsible for assisting in running the
day-to-day operations, assuring that all safety, quality, and
production objectives are met. We are looking for a collaborative
individual that will engage their team, incorporate continuous
improvement protocols and establish best practices within the
facility.

This is a 24/5 facility that will allow you excellent potential
for career growth while offering life balance.

The ideal person will have:

· 3-7 Years of experience in food manufacturing and
operations.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· A proven record of leading operational teams and
achieving strategic goals.

· Passion for and experience in implementing new
processes and procedures.

· Knowledge of SQF, OSHA, USDA, FDA and state
regulations.

· Experience coaching, mentoring, and building highly
engaged production teams.

· Collaborative, but decisive; able to drive change and
bring cross-functional groups together.

· P&L management experience.
