We are in search of a Data Accuracy Guru! This is the ideal role
for someone who is a proactive problem solver, loves working with
data, and improving processes. In this role you will work closely
with sales, marketing, executive recruitment and sourcing teams
as well as 3rd party software and data entry providers. We are
looking for someone who is detail orientated and can improve the
accuracy of our data, automate our internal processes, and
promote efficiency.

The Data Management Specialist is a newly created role and will
play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our CRM / ATS
system (Loxo). Role will be almost 100% remote: meeting once a
month in Rogers / Maple Grove area.

* Support the team by providing improved data integrity.
* Work with 3rd parties to create automation, improve internal
usage of systems, customize systems for efficiency.
* Create and manage dashboard for recruiter activity and
reporting.
* Create and execute marketing outreach to both candidates and
clients.
* Experience supporting a sales / recruitment team ideal.
