Vice President, Research & Development
Our client is a global leader in the chocolate and ingredients
industry and has a rich heritage of innovation and excellence.

and innovation! The Vice President of R&D will drive innovation
initiatives, leverage their expertise to create products that
captivate consumers and meet evolving market demands.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our
client’s product portfolio by leading the development of
innovative chocolate products and ingredients. This is an
exciting opportunity to lead a talented team in a dynamic,
collaborative, and fast paced environment.
* 10+ years’ experience in food R&D, with a proven track record
of success in product development and innovation within the food
industry.
* Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated experience leading
and developing high-performing teams.
* Knowledge of foodservice, and B2B sales.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
* Ability to travel up to 30%.
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a
related field.
