Our client, a fast-growing food manufacturer, is searching for a
tactical Quality Assurance leader in the Needham, MA area! Key
responsibilities include aligning the organization with industry
standards and ensuring the utmost quality and safety of their
products.

This person will work closely with a variety of stakeholders and
will be focused on daily operations of the plant, and
implementation of food safety policies and procedures. Qualified
candidates will have quality assurance experience working within
the food sector.

Some qualifications include: 

* 2 – 4 years of experience in a quality leadership role in food
manufacturing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or other
related discipline preferred. 
* Certified in SQF or HACCP is preferred.
* Proven ability to build quality programs from the ground up. 
* Ability to analyze critical processes and lead continuous
improvement initiatives.
* Strong communication skills and flexible team player with a
roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a hands-on approach.
