Drive Strategy & Growth:
- Partner with the CEO to execute the company’s vision and drive EBITDA growth.
- Oversee financial performance and operational efficiency, setting key metrics to optimize profitability.
- Strengthen executive-level customer and client relationships, serving as a highly visible industry leader.
- Expand the company’s brand portfolio while delivering best-in-class service.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, preparing business updates for executive and board meetings.
- Develop and mentor senior leadership, ensuring the company is structured for long-term success.
- Drive a high-performance, collaborative culture that fosters engagement and accountability.
Expertise You Bring:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in CPG food sales, grocery retail, brokerage, or wholesaling.
- Proven P&L ownership with a track record of driving business growth and operational success.
- Expertise in syndicated sales data platforms (Circana, Nielsen) and customer/shopper marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Strong collaborator and communicator, with a leadership style that builds trust and drives alignment.
- Ability to be present in the Totowa, NJ office three days a week and engaged in the Metro NY grocery market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and long-term success.
