Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance
We’re partnering with a growing organization in the food industry to identify a Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance who will lead and advance FSQA strategy across the enterprise. This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen food safety systems, enhance quality standards, and support continued organizational growth.
This position offers the opportunity to shape and elevate food safety culture, drive operational excellence, and implement scalable, best-in-class FSQA programs across the business.
Based in the Twin Cities metro area, this role is open to both local candidates and those open to relocation.

Key Qualifications and Strengths:
- Experience in food safety and quality within a manufacturing environment, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Track record of successfully navigating regulatory, GFSI, and customer audits while enhancing and expanding FSQA systems
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a strong food safety culture
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution
- Skilled at communicating and partnering across operations, senior leadership, and cross-functional groups to drive alignment and results
