The company is well positioned for continued growth and is seeking a Director of

Sales & Marketing to make a meaningful commercial impact.

This role leads and executes the U.S. sales strategy, with a focus on driving new business and expanding key customer relationships. The individual will bring structure and discipline to the sales function while developing and leading a high-performing team. They will partner cross-functionally to support growth, identify new market opportunities, and own key commercial decisions around pricing, negotiations, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience
  • Food ingredients industry experience preferred (bakery a plus)
  • Track record of driving growth, building relationships, and improving sales processes
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent
  • Strong business acumen (forecasting, pricing, margin management)
  • Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel ~50%
