National Account Manager - Foodservice

Curtis Food Recruiters is partnering with Rise Baking, a leading North American bakery manufacturer, to identify a National Account Manager, Foodservice to manage and grow strategic national QSR and national restaurant chain accounts.

This fully remote position reports directly to the VP of Foodservice and will focus on managing national accounts, including Panera and Krispy Kreme, while expanding business within the Top 100 QSR restaurant chains. The National Account Manager will collaborate closely with procurement, R&D, culinary, marketing, and menu development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive long-term growth. 

We’re seeking a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys managing strategic accounts, uncovering new business opportunities, and using data and insights to create value for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned national restaurant chain accounts, owning the customer relationship from strategy through execution.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that align customer priorities with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within Top 100 QSR and national restaurant chains.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and profit goals through strategic selling, promotional planning, and distribution expansion.
  • Lead customer presentations, product reviews, and new item launches using data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze sales, POS, and syndicated data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, R&D, Marketing, and Operations to support forecasting and customer success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience calling on Top 100 restaurant chains, QSR accounts, or multi-unit foodservice operators.
  • Proven experience developing joint business plans and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50%.
