Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Our client is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the executive leadership team of a successful, privately held packaging manufacturer with a long history of serving foodservice and commercial markets.

Reporting to the President, the CCO will lead Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, driving profitable growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, expanding commercial capabilities, and building a high-performing organization. This executive will have a meaningful voice in shaping the company’s growth strategy and future direction.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment; experience in corrugated, paperboard, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
- Proven success leading distribution channels, national or strategic accounts, and cross-functional commercial organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, or transform commercial teams while delivering profitable growth.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and margin management.
- Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
