VP of Supply Chain & Operations

An established food manufacturer is looking for a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations to shape and lead its end-to-end supply chain and operational strategy.
As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will have broad influence across manufacturing, supply planning, warehousing and distribution, capacity, continuous improvement, and operational performance. This is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation, develop high-performing teams, and create scalable solutions that support continued growth.
Some responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across manufacturing, planning, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Develop capacity and supply plans that support growth, innovation, and customer demand.
- Drive improvements in cost, service, inventory, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with broader business priorities.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while championing continuous improvement.
Some qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience within food manufacturing required.
- Progressive leadership experience across supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Proven success driving operational improvements, cost optimization, and service performance.
- Strong financial, analytical, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, Business, or a related field required.
