Lynn began her career in Human Resource Management, with the majority of her tenure focused on C-level/executive recruiting. She brings over 10 years of Human Resource Management and recruiting experience to our team and is a graduate of Upper Iowa University. Lynn’s passion is working with small to mid-size, privately held organizations in leadership/ownership transition.
She is a brand champion for her clients and enjoys partnering with senior leadership to drive change. As a true talent partner, Lynn is dedicated to representing both her clients and candidates accurately and completely, with service that is second to none. Outside of work, Lynn is a busy mom to four children, a dog, five chickens, and Betty, the cow.
