Eli began his career in staffing, developing skills in hiring and retaining both office and field talent in challenging markets. He quickly grew into multi-site management roles where he has had success in creating long-lasting client, candidate, and internal relationships. Joining Curtis Food Recruiters in 2022, he brings years of professional-level industrial sales, account, and recruitment management experience.
Eli’s background in contract negotiation, budgeting, sales, and team-building complements his skills as an accomplished recruiter. His passion is connecting professionals with great opportunities and building long-term relationships. He identifies the unique needs of both the companies and candidates he works with to find the best fit. Eli holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
