Good Grocer is searching for a Store Director who has a passion for grocery store management, determination, Midwest work ethic and a big heart. This role will require:

5 + years of grocery store leadership (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager ) experience.
Experience with store financials and demonstrates comprehension of the Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement.
Must be reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on need.
Entrepreneurial and innovative with strong leadership skills.
