They need a dynamic HR leader who loves developing processes, has strong execution, and is excited about rolling up their sleeves and working directly with the employees. This role will report to a smart, candid, and warm-hearted President/COO, in this no-red-tape and fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing people, processes, and strategies within a growing environment.

A few key qualifications:

HR leadership experience within employee relations, safety, recruitment, benefits, payroll, training and development.
Experience working within a food manufacturing plant and corporate environment strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree.
