The right person will be a collaborative and credible leader with strong financial acumen who can develop the strategy, build, and motivate high performing teams and empower senior leadership to implement the established strategies to drive results. This person will lead by example and drive change company wide.

 

Some qualifications include:

·        15+ years of strong executive level leadership skills in sales, marketing, innovation, merchandising with proven success in sales growth. Organic, non-GMO & Fair Trade; ingredients, value-added or commodity a plus.

·        Proven track record of exceeding profit and sales objectives.

·        Ability to think strategically and create a vision for growth; experience developing and executing strategic plans.

·        Solid financial acumen (P&L, costing, pricing, margin management).

·        Inspirational leadership; experience motivating teams and shaping the culture.

·        A reputation for open communication, integrity, and inclusiveness.

·        Ability to coach, mentor and lead individuals and teams from both a financial as well as professional standpoint.

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or similar required, Master’s a plus.
