Some qualifications include:
- 10+ years of progressive asset management experience within a multi-site organization in food manufacturing.
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking ability, as well as strong business acumen.
- Highly collaborative.
- Drive and desire to mentor and grow team members.
- S. preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Maintenance).
